From Concept to Creation
I’m Vikash Kumar, and I want to share the story behind my website, Getuplearn.com, which now reaches over a million readers globally and has generated 36 million impressions from Google searches.
It all started in 2020 when I noticed that finding reliable, easy-to-understand information for students was a challenge. I aimed to create a platform that consolidated quality educational content in one place, focusing on topics like BCom, BBA, MBA, MCom, HRM, and more.
Creating the website wasn’t easy. I spent long hours learning about SEO, developing content strategies, and managing the technical aspects of the site. There were times I wondered if anyone would find my content valuable. However, I persevered, writing articles that addressed the needs of students.
Growth and Impact
After several months, I began to see traffic increase, which gave me hope. Reaching my first milestone of 10,000 monthly visitors was a significant moment for me. The most rewarding part has been receiving positive feedback from readers, including students who have successfully used the content to prepare for exams. Knowing that my work makes a difference in their academic lives is incredibly fulfilling.
Lessons Learned and Moving Forward
Today, Getuplearn.com has grown beyond what I initially envisioned, reaching a diverse audience worldwide. This journey taught me that while technical skills are essential, understanding your audience and providing genuine solutions is crucial.
